- Incentives: $13.00-$30.00 per hour average, based on productivity

- Have at least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
- Must be energetic, ethical, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members to ensure mechanical issues have been addressed and make recommendations.
- Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
