- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other relevant technical field of study (graduating between July 2025 and June 2026). Those who went straight from undergrad to grad school and graduate during that timeframe may also be considered.
- Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
- Previous tech internship experience or relevant tech project work is preferred.
- Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part-time roles, hackathons, etc.).
- Time Away: Program starts at 20 paid time off days in addition to 11 paid holidays and 8 hours of volunteer time off yearly (time off days are prorated based on start date and program varies based on full or part-time status and management level).
