We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive sales, inspire the team, and ensure a superior guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, food quality, service standards, and inventory control.Recruit, train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to foster a high-performance culture.Manage budgets, monitor P&L statements, and control labor and operating costs to maximize profitability.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.Implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.Analyze performance metrics and execute action plans to improve operational efficiency and service quality.Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example and promoting a positive team culture.Qualifications:3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, quick-service, or high-volume dining environments.Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L statements.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Why Join Us:
