Job SummaryAs an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Stretch Zonelocations in the area of Jupiter, PGA West and PGA East . You will be responsible for managingdaily operations, overseeing financial performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, andleading a team of professionals. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strongbackground in sales and management.Key Responsibilities:
● Team Management: Lead and manage the teams at three Stretch Zone locations,
fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and guidanceto staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
● Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all
locations. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and care,enhancing the overall customer experience.
● Sales and Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales and manage budgets
effectively. Monitor financial performance, including payroll, supply orders, and financialaudits, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
● Event Coordination: Plan and execute three events per studio per month, working
closely with the marketing team to increase studio visibility and customer engagement.
● Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing
schedules, time clocks, payroll, and supply orders. Ensure all locations adhere tocompany standards and protocols.
● Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the team.
● Hiring and Utilization Management: Handle recruitment, hiring, and employee
utilization management. Ensure adequate coverage for vacation periods and otherabsences.2
● Strategic Planning: Contribute to long and short-range strategic planning initiatives.
Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and operational improvements.Qualifications:● Leadership and Management: Proven experience in a management role, preferablywith a background in sales. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborativeand high-performing work environment.● Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial models, budgets, and financialmanagement.
