- Bachelor's degree in related field, 6+ years recruiting and/or HR experience, or equivalent combination
- Experience in talent acquisition mainly in student outreach and engagement
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must present a professional, positive image at all times
- Ability to attract, develop and retain talent
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
