The Assistant Controller will be instrumental in managing accounting functions and supporting all facets of financial management. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, support month-end close processes, prepare timely financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while strengthening internal controls and financial transparency.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the general ledgerAssist in overseeing accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payableExecute month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and publish timely and accurate financial statementsSupport the preparation of consolidated financial statementsResearch and resolve technical accounting issues in compliance with GAAPEnsure quality control over financial reportingManage tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsProvide in-depth monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial analysisServe as a key liaison with external auditorsContribute to internal controls, process improvements, and special projectsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience, hands on month-end close experience is requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProficiency with accounting software (NetSuite experience preferred)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsA proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit This position offers flexibility with some WFH options and growth opportunities to promote in your career as the company scales in growth.
