- Develop key sales performance metrics to align with budgeted top-line and NOI goals.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to enhance client engagement and lead development.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Represent our property in industry panels, advisory boards, and brand-related opportunities.
- Oversee and execute sales strategies customized to portfolio and hotel-specific needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience in a multi-brand hotel management company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
