- Assisting in the hands-on development of semiconductor and/or heterogeneous microelectronics assembly processes
- Failure analysis

- Candidate shall be currently enrolled in an accredited program seeking a PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry, and/or Material Sciences Engineering
- Familiarity/expertise with semiconductor device and wafer-level processes, electrical/thermal/mechanical design and modeling, advanced materials, FIB/SEM/SAM/IR/XRAY analysis, and/or statistical data analysis tools (e.g. Spotfire, Minitab, Excel, etc.) is a plus
- Self-starter with highly creative problem-solving skills and inventiveness
- Hands-on process development skills and passion
