- Serve as the program manager lead for the Public Sector Distribution program.
- Own annual goals and performance reporting for the program.
- Manage and operationalize processes including program recruitment, adoption, reporting, feature roadmap, and problem resolution.
- Manage and operationalize program policies, exceptions, and deal support.
- Work directly with AWS Public Sector Distribution partner teams to implement, operate, and deliver against program deliverables.
- Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to determine, recommend, and document project needs and resource requirements.

A typical day will be a mix of the strategic and getting stuff done. You will be continuously calibrating whether we have the right mix of enablement, benefits, and policies to achieve our long-term goals of growing AWS' channel. You will do this by analyzing market information, AWS data, channel resell performance, programmatic performance, and guiding the overall resell strategy. You will provide strategic recommendations to accelerate performance, streamline programs, invent new initiatives to address unmet needs, influence the roadmap priorities, and execute against a strategic plan. You will spend time preparing and delivering business reviews to the AWS senior management team along with your recommendations against the strategy and forward-looking plans of the business. You will also build and maintain direct relationships with senior leaders of AWS's most strategic channel partners.About the team

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
