- Develop expertise in VidCon's four distinct audience tracks (Community, Creator, Industry, and VIP) and their unique sponsorship opportunities
- Identify and secure new partnerships with brand marketers, agencies, and creator economy companies across all audience segments
- Develop customized sponsorship packages that address the specific needs of each audience track
- Create cross-track sponsorship opportunities that maximize brand presence throughout the VidCon ecosystem
- Convert prospects into long-term partners through consultative selling approaches
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs across all audience segments
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers through high-touch engagement
- Host clients and prospects at events, creating memorable experiences that drive loyalty
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure flawless execution of partner activations across all audience tracks
- Conduct post-event analysis to enhance future partnerships and drive renewals
- Develop expertise in matching brand objectives with the most appropriate audience segment(s)
- Create "Win-Win-Win" programs benefiting clients, VidCon, and our fan communities
- Develop innovative sponsorship concepts that authentically connect brands with creator culture
- Maintain detailed pipeline and activity reporting through Salesforce
- Contribute insights and opportunities during collaborative sales meetings
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between audience tracks to maximize partnership value
- 3-5+ years exceeding sales quotas in event sponsorship, experiential marketing, or media sales
- Proven track record of closing five and six-figure partnership deals
- Established relationships with brand marketers or B2B decision-makers in the creator economy
- Experience developing and presenting compelling sales proposals to senior executives
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in selling across diverse audience segments
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office applications
- Regular travel to events and client meetings is required, including potential international travel.
- Strategic mindset with ability to align client objectives with VidCon opportunities across multiple audience tracks
- Adaptability to understand and articulate value propositions for different audience segments
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
