
Regional HR Director

- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Partner closely with site and operations leaders to drive business outcomes through people strategies.
- Lead HR support for M&A activity, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple sites.
- Build HR capability and a strong talent pipeline through mentoring and performance development.
- Oversee execution of talent management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Implement employee development programs that reinforce company culture and support workforce growth.
- Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Use analytics to inform decisions on retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations across all sites.
- Manage union relationships and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
- Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues with transparency and fairness.
- Drive cost containment strategies and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational design, compensation fundamentals, and employment law compliance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted partnerships with operational leaders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and propose strategic solutions.
- Direct, transparent communicator with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Proven ability to lead through change and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
