Description :Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Maintenance of the property grounds, common areas, and units
  • Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial tasks
  • Prioritize work orders & complete service requests
  • Shuttle vehicles to and from mechanic shop
  • Maintain stock of supplies and distribute throughout campus
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
  • Clean & valid driver's license & pass a background check
  • Multifamily maintenance technician experience
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
  • Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to be physically active throughout the day and lift 50 lbs.
  • Speak and understand English
