Keep reading.As the Controller for the dynamic Statco-DSI group, you will be a self-starter with a firm understanding of the need to work collaboratively across functional areas. You thrive in partnering with senior leadership, using data analysis to inform business decisions and processes.   • Collaborate with management to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with functional heads to gather inputs, analyze needs and establish realistic financial targets
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and variance analyses
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and financial metrics, identifying trends, deviations and potential risks
  • Present financial results to executive leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support forecasting, scenario analysis and long-term planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential investments, new business opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide financial analysis for proposed projects, assessing their feasibility and potential impact on the company’s financial health
  • Provide leadership impacting the strategic growth, financial stability and effective execution of the Business Unit’s Financial plan
  • Provide direction and financial counsel to the General Manager, Sr. Vice President and Business Unit President as they plan for and execute the Business Unit strategies
  • Collaborate with the corporate finance, accounting and treasury teams, and across other Business Units, to develop policies and procedures to govern financial decision-making, including budgets, expense management and capital spending to ensure the achievement of expense management and profitability objectives

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with an advanced degree highly preferred and a premium placed on having a CPA designation and/or MBA
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance/accounting roles with a proven track record of successfully leading finance and accounting operations
  • Prior senior experience in FP&A and accounting at a multi-site manufacturing company is highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, internal cost methods
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • ERP system expertise required including the ability to assist with an ERP migration
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site P & L’s with direct responsibility for intercompany transactions, while focusing on growth and profitability goal achievement
  • Strong expertise partnering with senior leadership on achieving business success across a project based business and broad geographic region
