
Administrative Assistant - Estimating Division

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estimating Team, including scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, tracking deadlines and important bid related dates, and organizing project files.
- Work with internal teams to gather and organize bid-related information.
- Assist with preparation, formatting, and submission of bid packages and supporting documents.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other tracking systems to support estimating activities.
- Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with travel coordination, meeting logistics, and other administrative needs for the estimating team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team-Oriented: Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Experience: Working knowledge of Salesforce for data entry and reporting.
- 2+ years of administrative experience

- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Profiency with Microsoft packages (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
