- Innovate and Implement: Collaborate with the PLT to design and execute operations and processes, prioritizing safety, quality, service, and cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the plant’s continuous improvement plan, conducting regular reviews with the PLT to assess progress, analyze challenges, facilitate solutions, and allocate resources effectively.
- Problem Solver: Identify and address operational issues, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Multi-Shift Management: Oversee operations across four 12 hour shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage and efficiency.
- Proven management of large-scale operations 400+ employees for an extended period.
- Experience with extrusion and thermoforming processes and quality standards.
- Lean Methodologies showcasing proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Financial experience showing cost savings initiatives to maintain the financial health of the manufacturing facility and contribute to its overall success.
- Ability to effectively manage stress and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field with seven (7) years of manufacturing operations management or leadership assignments demonstrating a progression of increased scope and responsibility. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Five (5) years of experience managing employees with supervisory responsibilities
- Lean manufacturing experience and experience managing multi-shift
- Ability to be on-call 24/7
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting, people management, and leadership guidance
- Displays strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachable
- Experience managing multi-shift or continuous operations, preferred
- Chemical or plastics processing, or packaging industrial experience, preferred
