- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in your assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Northwest’s suite of commercial pest control and prevention services.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and service agreements.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and stay up to date on service offerings and industry trends.
- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle, iPad, and cell phone.

- Training Salary: $3,000/month during training
- Commission Pay Structure: After training, earn uncapped commissions based on performance. Average reps earn $70K–$80K; top reps earn $100K+

QualificationsWhat You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales experience
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
