- Attach a brief (1-2 page) writing sample outlining your approach to ending veteran homelessness in Arizona. Looking for Knowledge about the specific tools and resources available to veterans that may be available to the general population.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Administration, Public Health, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in homelessness services, veteran services, or program coordination.
- Deep understanding of the unique challenges facing veterans experiencing homelessness.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing large-scale strategic plans or initiatives.
- Knowledge of HUD-VASH, SSVF, CoC, and other federal veteran housing programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
- Ability to travel throughout the state of Arizona as needed.
- Experience working with a data analytics team.
- Military service experience or background in working with veteran populations.
- Familiarity with Arizona’s homeless service delivery system and key stakeholders.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

- This position is hybrid and will be required to work in office 1 day out of the week, day is flexible
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for community events or stakeholder meetings.
- Travel within Arizona will be necessary to engage with regional partners.
