- Participate in Audits: Work with the team to review company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and evaluating for improved efficiencies.
- Support Store Audits: Assist with store audits, which may involve some travel (all travel costs will be covered by Pilot).
- Apply your education: Apply your academic knowledge to real-life corporate processes and policies, gaining practical application of your skills.
- Data analysis: Use tools like Excel, Tableau, and MS Access to perform general audit and sampling techniques.
- Lead a project: Have the opportunity to independently own a project that has a positive impact on the organization.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business major. An interest in process design or industrial design is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential. A basic understanding of databases like MS Access and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus. Experience with general audit and sampling techniques is also beneficial.
- Soft Skills: A strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. We're looking for someone who is a collaborative and reliable team player.
- Experience: Participation in organizations like Beta Alpha Psi or holding a leadership role such as a group treasurer is a plus.
