  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience structuring strategy for business organizations, including in management consulting or within internal strategy teams.
  • Familiarity with key products/business including mobile devices, OEMs, and Telcos.
  • Understanding of the partner and market landscape for Partners and Devices products.
About the jobIn this role, you will have an opportunity to drive our business strategy on scaled and emerging products within Partners and Devices at Google. You'll support Business Development (BD) in critical areas of Android Business Communications (ABC), such as ensuring carrier readiness for future billing launches and operationalizing commercial processes like quarterly carrier reporting.You'll also play a key part in the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for RBM and iOS, participating in standups and providing support on emergent prioritization decisions. Additionally, you'll be involved in high-level strategic planning, including defining priorities, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and resourcing.You will be involved in close collaboration with various teams, including Product Management, Finance, Eng, and Android Partnerships. You will lead regular reviews to help drive the timely delivery of objectives.Lastly, you'll have the opportunity to work at the forefront of product and business innovation across the Android Business Communications ecosystem working across many parts of the company. You'll also have the opportunity to partner with and learn from incredible, BD leaders. Finally, you'll have the chance to work with an amazing, thoughtful Strategy and Operations team within the Partners and Devices Partnerships Strategy organization.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead commercial/business strategy and operations for the global Android Business Communications (ABC) team.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver on our business objectives and contribute to ABC growth and engagement.
  • Run end-to-end initiatives supporting key business objectives including key partner engagements, monthly business tracking, budget and investment management.
  • Support BD Leads with key team initiatives including team strategy, executive communications, and planning.
  • Serve as a thought leader and strategic partner to Partners and Devices team to inform critical decisions, risks, and opportunities.
