At StretchMed Cypress, were building a team of motivated professionals who are passionate about health, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience.Position OverviewThe Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in driving membership sales, building client relationships, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. This position combines sales leadership with client service, ensuring that every prospect and member receives a seamless and engaging experience. Youll work closely with the Studio Manager to meet revenue goals, manage leads, and maintain a strong community presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive studio membership sales through lead follow-up, phone calls, in-person consultations, and community engagementManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new memberships and packagesAssist in creating and executing local marketing and outreach strategies to generate leadsSupport studio operations, including front desk management, scheduling, and client check-inBuild strong client relationships to encourage long-term memberships and referralsTrack, monitor, and report on sales metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceededProvide leadership, training, and support to front desk staff as neededMaintain a welcoming, professional studio environment that aligns with StretchMed's brand valuesQualificationsProven background in sales, fitness, wellness, or hospitality with a strong record of hitting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent phone and in-person communication skills; confident and persuasive closerStrong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage leads and pipelines effectivelyCustomer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyProfessional, dependable, and motivated with a leadership mentalityTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems or scheduling software (Mindbody, ClubReady, or similar)Preferred:Previous experience in a boutique fitness, wellness, or health-related sales roleExperience training or managing front desk or sales staffCompensation & Benefits$40,000 annual base salary plus commission (uncapped earning potential)Complimentary and discounted stretch sessionsPaid training and development opportunitiesCareer growth within a rapidly expanding brandSupportive, team-oriented studio cultureWhy Join StretchMed Cypress?As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of a growing studio dedicated to helping people move and feel better.
