OAS is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business.Job Summary:Objective Area Solutions (OAS) is seeking Administrative Support to provide clerical, secretarial, receptionist, and record keeping support for the FAA's NAS Defense Program Office.This role supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which is responsible for ensuring the safety of 45,000 flights and 3 million passengers traversing over 28 million miles of U.S. controlled airspace every day. A critical part of that mission is to support technical network systems which connect air traffic information across the FAA's National Airspace System and with other government agencies.This is a hybrid position in the DC office.Key Responsibilities:A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working individually and in teams to support projects. The applicant must have experience in:
  • Providing meeting minutes or documentation of significant meeting events
  • Recording and tracking action items from various meetings and briefings
  • Coordinating and assisting with the Federal Employee onboarding process. (i.e., Wireless Device requests, etc.)
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal group team meetings (i.e., All Hands, etc.)
  • Managing calendars, arranging appointments, and reserving meeting space
  • Developing and preparing briefing materials, handouts, and other information and meeting materials as needed
  • Proficient in use of computer hardware and software applications including cost model creation and automated data analysis systems
  • Supporting the management of procurement of system acquisitions
  • Assisting in financial analysis
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include SharePoint
  • Experience supporting the FAA or other US Government clients
