Your job responsibilities as an Office Coordinator:
  • Create an inviting and collaborative culture for employees, clients, and guests.
  • Coordinate meeting set-up and clean-up, including ordering catering and room set-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various catering companies.
  • Provide guidance on technology in conference rooms, and serve as a resource for questions.
  • Responsible for answering client calls and connecting clients with their agents.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
  • Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Human Resources degree preferred OR At least 2 years of office experience providing administrative or office support in lieu of education/degree.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments independently.
  • Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, candidates, and visitors.
  • Ability to perform administrative functions.
