With over 45 years of success, we pride ourselves on world-class service, technical expertise, and a culture that values people just as much as performance.About the RoleAs an Industrial Products Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships in the industrial products market. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, offering technical solutions and outstanding service to our customers across industries.This role combines inside/outside sales, technical consulting, account management, and strategic problem-solving-all in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.You'll work with a diverse portfolio of mechanical power transmission and motion control products, with a strong focus on gearboxes, hydraulic pump drives, power take-offs (PTOs), and industrial clutches. A solid understanding of these components and their applications across industrial sectors will be key to delivering high-value solutions and building long-term customer partnerships.What You'll Do
  • Build and grow relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Develop strategic sales plans and manage your sales pipeline
  • Handle the full sales cycle-from inquiry to quote to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate across departments and with vendors to deliver timely, accurate solutions
  • Work in Salesforce and ERP systems to manage customer data, quotes, and orders
  • Provide technical support, product education, and proactive follow-up
  • Travel up to 25% to customer sites and industry events
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of inside/outside sales experience (industrial or off-highway markets preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with technical discussions
  • Familiarity with drivetrains, hydraulics, engines, or industrial components is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems (Epicor/P21/SAP), and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Self-starter attitude with a sense of urgency and a customer-first mindset
