Job Description:OverviewIf you're someone who enjoys being outdoors, moving throughout the day, and being the first point of contact for thousands of mountain visitors—this is your chance to be a key player in delivering Big Sky Resort's signature guest experience.Our Parking and Shuttle Attendants are the first to welcome guests when they arrive and the last to wave goodbye. This team sets the tone for the entire day by ensuring our base areas are safe, organized, and inviting. From maintaining clean and functional parking areas to operating guest shuttles, this role offers a unique opportunity to stay active, work independently, and meet new people every day.Whether you're guiding traffic, driving a shuttle, or answering questions about the mountain, no two days are the same. Come ready to work outside in all weather conditions with a tight-knit crew who takes pride in their work and their view.
ResponsibilitiesCreate an organized and welcoming experience for guests by setting up signage, cones, and walkways throughout the base areaOperate guest shuttles between parking lots and the Mountain Village Base AreaProvide helpful, friendly directions and information about Big Sky Resort and the surrounding areaMonitor and maintain cleanliness of parking areas and plazas throughout the dayAccurately collect and manage payments for paid parking areasRotate between the Big Sky Resort Base and Madison Base locations as scheduledAssist with trash pickup and light equipment operations when needed
QualificationsA positive attitude and strong team player mentalityA valid driver’s license and clean driving recordComfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsExcellent communication and guest service skillsMust be able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout your shiftAll full time seasonal team members can enjoy the following benefits:
