- Follow established processes for scheduling and managing automotive repair services.
- Develop trust relationships with customers in order to understand their expectations and recommend solutions to meet their automotive needs.
- Provide feedback on service repair jobs to customers, as needed.
- Responsible for successful completion of administrative paperwork and data entry duties.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good working knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to repair orders, service invoices, diagrams, etc.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use basic computer systems, such as Microsoft Office suite.
