to plan, direct and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are
met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. This is a leadership position. It
is your duty to set a leadership example for all bar staff to follow, especially when it comes to providing high level of
customer service, in a friendly, safe, and sanitary environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Must have Micros knowledge with the ability to program and update changes with POS
- Market the bar/lounge, develop and manage the implementation of menus, promotions,

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous food and beverage and bar operations supervisory responsibility overseeing related
