Act as a resource for others due to knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and heavy commercial cleaning equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Order and manage supplies, demonstrating a proven track record in inventory control and janitorial operations. Assist with cost control for the accountConduct quality service inspections, provide a follow-up plan on all deficiencies, be familiar with heavy duty equipment and be willing to train the team on the correct standards including PPE and Safety MeasuresOversee shift administrative work, submit weekly reports and attend weekly meetings to update management on improvements and challengesEnsure the team is following the scope of work, including the cleaning of the front of house and back of housePerforms other duties as assigned * Conduct classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
  • Conduct one-on-one training as needed.
  • Update and provide training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
  • Provide feedback on new associates during orientation period; review trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
