Overview:At Your Service Agents are the central point of contact for guest inquiries and internal communications at Big Sky Resort. Located in the Village Center, this team manages our call center and supports the Front Desk, handling a wide range of responsibilities from guest check-ins to interdepartmental coordination.Known for being the go-to resource when questions need answers or tasks need completion, At Your Service Agents thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and take pride in delivering helpful, accurate, and timely service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at a faster-than-average pace.Training will be provided in partnership with our Front Desk team, and you’ll be expected to confidently step into both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes support duties throughout the resort. Responsibilities:Picture yourself as an At Your Service Agent at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
  • Provide accurate information about resort activities, dining, lodging, transportation, terrain, hours of operation, and more
  • Gain a working knowledge of our property management system and other departmental operations
  • Maintain and organize Lost and Found inventory with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Operate a variety of office and communication equipment including phones, radios, computers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk inquiries as needed
  • Utilize internal resources to resolve guest questions or concerns quickly and thoroughly
  • Handle monetary transactions and balance a cash bank at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Maintain professionalism while communicating with guests, team members, and Managers on Duty (MODs)
  • Sit or stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
  • Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Contribute to a culture of positivity, productivity, and service excellence
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious hospitality experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using technologyStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and calm under pressureFriendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude * Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
