Job Description:Eagle Crest Communities: Cass Street Assisted Living (La Crosse, WI)Facility ManagerFull-Time, 72-80 hours, per pay periodPrimarily Monday-Friday daytime hours with some weekends and evenings based on company needs.Facility ManagerEagle Crest Communities is seeking a Facility Manager to lead Cass Street Assisted Living. This location is a Residential Care Apartment Complex that blends an independent apartment setting with 24 hour supportive services for the care of up to 48 tenants in the most historic area in La Crosse. We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and creative individual to lead our Cass Street team!What You'll Do
  • The Cass Street Facility Manager enhances the quality of life and meets the needs of our residents by providing a hospitable environment
  • Oversee community staff departments including Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Life Enrichment and Nursing
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluation
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to promote Cass Street to the public, maintain a current waiting list and offer tours and follow up with prospective residents and families
  • Prepares and maintains compliance with safety regulations, policies, and facility staffing and budget
  • Communicate and interact with residents, their families, other departments, and outside agencies to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.
What You'll Need
  • Three years' experience in a residential older adult management setting, preferred.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience in a health/human services setting, preferred.
  • Four-year degree in business, humanities or other degrees with a healthcare/geriatrics emphasis or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software as technology changes, required.
  • Communications skills that allow you to work professionally and effectively with your employees, management, residents, family members, the general public and other agencies as needed.
  • Valid driver's license, maintaining a safe driving record is required.
