- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across manufacturing and technical functions.
- Proactively source and screen candidates; conduct phone interviews to qualify applicants.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
- Compose and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and attend on-site hiring events; represent Moog at local job fairs and industry networking events.
- Build relationships with technical vocational schools and workforce organizations to expand candidate pipelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Communicate consistently with hiring teams and business partners throughout the recruitment process.
- Support talent initiatives by attending town halls, business update meetings, and other recruiting-related activities.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume requisition management.
- Proven experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with business partners at all levels.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to act with urgency and manage competing priorities.
- Resourceful, with a creative ability to attract top talent.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Strong background in talent acquisition for technical/engineering roles.
- Prior experience leading or coordinating hiring events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
