- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with management to address HR needs and implement solutions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
