- Evaluating the effectiveness of current account management programs, including Line and Term Changes and Cross-Sell initiatives
- Monitoring the health of existing accounts and identifying opportunities to reduce customer attrition
- Leading the monthly account management strategy to mitigate credit risk and create growth strategies
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to design 'test and learn' campaigns
- Developing processes and dynamic data dashboards to forecast risk and monitor model performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Business Analytics etc)
- 5+ years of experience working with large data sets, with exceptional hands-on proficiency in analytics software (e.g., SAS/SQL; Python and Alteryx).
- 3+ years of experience in credit risk strategy or analytics, ideally in the SMB charge card space.
- A strong track record of performing machine learning model development using Python/R /R, SQL interaction patterns. Solid knowledge and experience of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, GBM, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, develop business cases, and create persuasive recommendations. Experience in scoping and creating KPI’s and metrics, and developing metrics dashboards.
- Ability to proactively own the program, find the pain points in the current process flows, and make business suggestions that are sustainable and able to have a long-term impact by leveraging strategic thinking, and independently provide solutions to business problems with solid technical and problem-solving skills
