- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the need for hormone replacement therapy and peptide interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, lab results, and specific health goals.
- Administer hormone replacement therapy, including the prescription and monitoring of peptides, while ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in hormone replacement therapy, peptide science, and related medical research.
- Educate patients on the benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in healthcare, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Medical degree
- Active licensure as a healthcare provider
- Certification from the National Commission of Certification of Physician.
- Functional Medicine Training/Modules and certifications from A4M preferred.
- Certification or additional training in peptide therapy.
- Familiarity with innovative treatment modalities and emerging therapies.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and personalized medicine.
- Experience and efficiency in the clinical assessment and management of patients.
- According to established protocols, conducts clinical assessment of the patient’s healthcare status, needs and provides patient care to facilitate expected patient outcomes.
- Provide counseling and education to patients to enhance patient care.
- Documents care provided to support the continuity of patient care and optimum patient outcomes.
- Starting salary for this position starts at $105,000 and pays up to $145,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on business performance.
