- Lead all daily operations of The Macallan Villa, ensuring the property consistently reflects the brand's highest standards of luxury, precision, and exclusivity
- Oversee comprehensive property maintenance, including landscaping, pool care, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Manage a preventative maintenance calendar and vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted functionality and aesthetic excellence
- Ensure smart home systems, AV technology, and security infrastructure are fully optimized to support immersive brand experiences
- Oversee inventory of villa-specific supplies, amenities, and operational equipment, ensuring readiness and efficient replenishment
- Implement and oversee security protocols to protect the property, high-value assets, and guests
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements for villa operations and hosted events, in addition to compliance with Edrington's Values and Marketing Code
- Manage access control and maintain accurate records of authorized personnel and visitors
- Build and manage relationships with a curated network of luxury service providers, contractors, and tradespeople
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts, service agreements, budget reconciliations and invoicing
- Liaise with utility providers, local authorities, and neighboring properties, representing The Macallan with professionalism and discretion
- Lead the development and management of the villa's operational budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field
- Progressive history of sucessfully managing high-end residential estates, luxury hospitality venues, or experiential brand spaces
- Proven track record of leading luxury guest experiences and delivering high-touch activations for VIP audiences
- Demonstrated experience in budget ownership, financial reporting, and vendor contract management
- Advanced knowledge of smart home systems, AV technology, and security infrastructure
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid California driver's license; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
- Ability to design and deliver immersive brand experiences that deepen emotional connection and reinforce The Macallan's prestige positioning
- Skilled in curating environments that reflect brand heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining a flawless physical environment aligned with brand standards
- Experience leading high-touch activations with seamless guest flow and brand immersion
- Strong network of trusted Los Angeles-based luxury service providers
- Knowledge of property security protocols and legal requirements for events
- Skilled in budget oversight and strategic reporting
