Qualifications for a HVAC Service Manager
  • 10+ years commercial/industrial HVAC experience
  • 5+ years as service manager
  • Self sufficient and self managed
  • Someone to come in and build a department and process from a to z
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very technical with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong and positive leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
