
Architectural Project Manager

- Lead multiple architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Estimate scope, fees, and prepare proposals and contracts
- Guide internal teams with task assignments, quality control, and design reviews
- Ensure compliance with historic preservation standards, building codes, and other regulations
- Communicate project progress and key updates to senior leadership
- ***Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture***
- ***Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience***
- Expertise managing all project aspects including design development, documentation, and construction administration
- Deep knowledge of historic structures, materials, and preservation methodologies
- Familiarity with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and COMcheck
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with historic tax credits and adaptive reuse projects
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering systems
- Previous mentorship or leadership experience in architecture teams
- Salary range of $80,000–$120,000 depending on title and experience
