• Connect parts together to assemble products per instructions
• Learn other job functions such as debur and finishing; serve as backup when necessary
• Assist with boxing, crating products when needed
• Participate in daily and scheduled cleaning duties
• Maintain productivity per Company standards
• Attend daily department meetings, follow and support all company safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• 2-3 years assemblyexperience and/or education
• Must have experience using hand tools and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to follow instructions
• Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Physical ability to stand for long periods
• Walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing on ladders
• Working environment is well ventilated but not air conditioned
