- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain a customer “Sales lead” database.
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
- Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated.
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
- Pass a background check.
- Pest Control customer service experience preferred.
