- Install, Configure, administer, and maintain systems (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), vCenter, vSAN, Windows Server, HPE), software and hardware components to meet NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DoD requirements
- Management and apply DoD STIGs and IAVAs to ensure compliance with relevant security and NSA CSfC requirements.
- Maintain software repositories and apply security updates.
- Collaborate with other operations departments monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and efficiency of the CSfC system
- Be able to develop and modify system scripts (e.g. bash, python, etc.)
- Write standardized system documentation, including configuration guides, test procedures, test results, and training materials.
- Evaluate current CSfC system, identify improvements, and implement new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Support all Cross-Domain solution requirements
- Serve as the escalation contact during large outages and provide support for Tier 2 and 3 systems.
- Configuring/managing PKI Certificate Authorities for CSfC solutions
- Configuring Certificate Authority (ISC CertAgent/MS Windows Server/Red Hat Certificate systems)
- Preparing test reports and configuration documentation according to customer standards.
- Providing customer on-site training on solution daily use, management, and troubleshooting
- Providing customer on-site solution installation and integration
- Identify and recommend hardware and support solutions based on research and analysis of new technologies, interfacing with customers and vendors.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Top Secret OR Higher OR Secret Clearance level with completed T5 investigation
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Engineering
- BA/BS = 5+ years AA with 7+ years of experience
- One of the following DoD8140 certifications:
- CEH
- Cloud+
- CGIH
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security+
- SSCP
- Professional Systems Certification (e.g., MCSA, Linux, etc)
- Location: Fort Shafter, Hawaii
- Type of environment: Office
- Work schedule: OCONUS Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs,
- Amount of Travel: Less than 20%

- Top Secret OR Higher OR Secret Clearance level with completed T5 investigation
