After Week 14: Work From Home | Mon–Fri | 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
1 Saturday/month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMWhat You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls & emails from customers
- Deliver friendly, efficient bilingual service (Spanish/English)
- Accurately enter and update customer info
- Help solve problems with a supportive, solution-driven team
- Fluency in Spanish & English (Required)
- Strong typing & communication skills (30+ WPM)
- A positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
