From packing and moving to organizing, estate sales, and clean-outs, we manage every detail with care and professionalism.Position SummaryWe are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Transition Services team. This role focuses on warehousing, delivery, and light moving, supporting estate clean-outs, relocations, and inventory transfers. You’ll be helping clients through life transitions by moving household goods with care and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Receive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facilityMaintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventoryLoad/unload cargo van as part of daily operationsDelivery & Moving:Assist with small residential moves, including loading/unloading household goodsDeliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage unitsSafely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transportClient Service & On-Site Support:Work respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitionsFollow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completionSupport other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying itemsEquipment & Safety:Operate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safelyFollow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damagePreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logisticsFamiliarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile itemsAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workdayStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitudeExperience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish resultsRequirementsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkWillingness to work flexible hours, Monday-FridayPositive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to help othersWhy Work with Caring Transitions?Make a positive impact on seniors and families in your communityBe part of a close-knit, mission-driven teamLearn valuable skills in logistics, relocation services, and estate operationsFlexible part-time hours with consistent opportunities for workPowered by JazzHR
