  • Work a schedule of Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST
  • Oversee the day to day workflow and scheduling of pharmacy deliveries in the following areas: fulfillment, inventory, packaging and shipping
  • Supervision of company fleet of vehicles
  • Work effectively with other production areas of order coordination, clinical, and dispensing to ensure smooth operational coverage
  • Manage Quality Level of fulfillment prescription processing, packaging, and Shipping
  • Oversee inventory specialist roles and responsibilities including maintenance of integrity and stock levels of on-site inventory
  • Adherence and execution of company policy related to pump inventory and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure product integrity and cold chain management process for refrigerated items
  • Handles escalated issues and elevated telecommunications
  • Ensure proper records are kept for regulatory, quality, and compliance
  • Maintain relationship with representatives of outside carrier companies such as UPS, GC, FedEx, etc.
  • Makes recommendation to management team related to professional development and staff training needs
  • Hire, develop, and execute yearly performance appraisals and perform corrective action plans for personnel
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years supervisory or team management experience in a professional setting
  • 2+ years of proven development, mentor, and leading employees in a production environment
  • Experience leading a team focusing on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
  • Proven solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft products such as Office and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working in warehouse, logistics, and/or medical supply environment
  • Experience interpreting documents and procedure manuals
  • Experience producing document routine reports and correspondence
