  • 5+ yrs of project experience
  • Familiarity with construction software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Experience on multifamily or commerical projects
  • Headquartered out of PA with projects throughout 16 states, healthy pipeline of work in New England
  • Real Estate Management and Development Company
  • Everything is done in-house from the construction to the property management.
  • 250+ employees in company - all project management is handled in PA
  • Projects: Luxury Apartments & Townhomes - 9,000+ units across 16 different states
  • Compensation up to $130k base salary
