The Sustainability Vertical Marketing Manager will work across lines of business and with all HBS Poles / Geographies. You will be responsible for day-to-day development and execution of infield strategies and tactics enabling our overall sales plan results for the Sustainability vertical. Role will report to the Director of Offer Management Vertical Markets.
Your leadership will be critical in the development and implementation of the businesses Strategic and Annual Operating Plan with singular focus on the growth of the Sustainability vertical across the globe. Your market sizing, segmentation, ability to develop and implement growth initiatives, achieving defined KPIs and analytical skills will guide the business to prioritizing new business opportunities with sales and business leaders for fast growth.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leaders to further business development and sales efforts for the Sustainability vertical globally.
Develop a market approach strategy, inclusive of setting strategy, defining value proposition and solution offerings, to differentiate HBS and enable growth targets
Working with Solution and Service Offering Mangers to develop and deploy new Solutions and Service offerings that meet vertical market needs and deliver the following business impact:
Increase our Projects win rate
Increase BGM on won projects
Increase project Share of Wallet
Increase service conversion / attach rate from projects
Working with Solution and Service Offering Managers be an advocate for the NPI programs and provide meaningful input into the technology road-mapping of HBS, HBT, HCE solutions
Undertake win/loss analysis and collaborate with sales and projects stakeholders to recommend & implement corrective actions
Collaborate with global marketing analysts and undertake a bi-annual market analysis to understand macro and micro trends so sales can align early
Working with HBS Global MARCOM develop compelling sales and marketing material, inclusive of a playbook, case studies, solution narratives and communication strategies
Working with HBS Global MARCOM develop and deploy effective lead / demand generation campaigns focused on projects growth
Implement Voice of Customer (VOC) high-level customer needs vs. gaps, provide feedback on VOC to SOM Leaders and HBS, HBT, HCE.
Development of a consultant, developer and builder engagement program
Povide support for HBS STRAP and AOP process as required.
Be prepared to support HBS & HBT internal and customers events as a subject matter expert on your portfolio
YOU MUST HAVE
5 years of combined experience in business to business sales or marketing roles
Excellent data analysis skills
Industry experience in key vertical markets such as healthcare, premium commercial, justice and corrections and/or defence
Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex marketing concepts to business partners and clearly articulate benefits and results.
Highly proficient in Microsoft office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
