- Raise the bar creatively, delivering best-in-class marketing AV that surprise and delight our global customers
- Develop, edit, and deliver on the following types of content including, but not limited to, 360 marketing assets supporting brand-specific multi-title campaigns, brand statement campaigns, single-title theatrical and streaming campaigns, short form content for social channels, and sizzle reels.
- Insist on the highest standards, meeting and exceeding marketing objectives through compelling and innovative video creative
- You will brainstorm, write copy, develop motion graphic elements, produce, pitch, present work, share and incorporate feedback.
- Tackle problems and earn trust with your team, partners and stakeholders
- Work under pressure and within tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects while being flexible to changing business and technical conditions
- Edit in both a supervised and unsupervised capacity
- Maintain edit bay for optimal editing workflow
- Maintain and organize backups of all current and ongoing projects.
- Properly deliver and QC for all formats
- Prioritize projects according to business and team priorities
This Video Editor will be part of an In-House AV Studio that operates within the Prime Video-US Creative Production org. We ideate, develop and execute bar-raising and evocative creative assets that amplify our Amazon MGM Studios Originals and Prime Video's unique identity and value proposition to drive brand love. The success of the team and this role in it means delivering consistently best-in-class AV assets that meet both creative excellence, innovation and operational efficiency, directly contributing to Prime Video's marketing effectiveness and subscriber engagement goals.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years editing experience at an in-house agency or external creative agencies cutting trailers and promos
- 5+ years of creatively driving compelling AV and execution or projects at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- 3+ years working in theatrical and/or broadcast television/streaming spaces
- Experience working in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as related to Premiere
- Strong experience in sound mixing and sound design software such as ProTools
- Must provide a current demo reel or link showcasing previous video editing work and participate in a Portfolio ReviewPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative on a project (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
