- High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's in ECE preferred)
- CDA preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Completion of all required pre-service training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support active young learners
