- Formal culinary education/degree preferred
- Active and current Food Handler's Permit required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Two years of kitchen experience preferred
- Must stay current in proper food handling knowledge and meet any hospital-mandated education requirements associated with this position
- Candidates who accept a written offer of employment must pass a background check and may be required to undergo 11-panel testing for commonly abused controlled substances, including marijuana, in accordance with our policy.
