HVAC InstallerBay Breeze Heating and Cooling has been serving the Davidsonville and Anne Arundel County area since 2001. Our company is based on fostering integrity, honesty, and reliability in everything we do. We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and willing to step up to the plate.Pay Scale: $27.00 - $37.00/hrBenefits:
  • Medical & Dental (Company pays 50% of premiums for employee and/or family plans)
  • Paid Vacation (5 days first year, 10 days after second anniversary, and 15 days after 5th anniversary)
  • Paid Holidays (7 days per year)
  • 401k plus 4% company match (eligible after 1 year of employment)
  • Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours)
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personality
  • Well organized and the ability to work independently
  • Universal EPA Certification preferred
  • Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
  • 2 years install experience highly preferred
  • Insurable driving record and valid driver's license
