As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Technician Helper to support our roofing technicians on job sites throughout the Memphis area.Position Overview:
The Technician Helper will assist experienced roofing technicians in daily operations, ensuring job sites are prepared, equipment is maintained, and projects are completed safely and efficiently. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for career development and hands-on experience in the commercial roofing industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with installation and repairs of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
  • Load, unload, and move roofing materials and tools
  • Remove debris and old roofing materials from job sites
  • Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
  • Use hand and power tools as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and senior roofers
Qualifications:Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditionsBasic knowledge of construction or roofing is helpful but not requiredAbility to work as part of a team and follow safety guidelines * Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructionsCompensation & Benefits:
