Demonstrate needle techniques. Verify and match requisition forms with specimen tubes. Follow proper storage procedures. Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations. Attend annual training sessions. Answer inquiries and provide laboratory results over the phone.Minimum Requirements: Valid Phlebotomy certification for relevant state. At least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.High School Diploma or equivalent
